Responsibilities Include:

Requirements/Skills:
- Computer savvy, strong knowledge of computers
- Self starter with experience in sales and/or customer service
- Proficiency with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week.

We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Sales Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales efforts. If you have excellent phone etiquette and enjoy engaging with customers, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate warm leads
- Provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM database

Requirements:
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus
- High energy and enthusiastic
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining detailed records
- Reliable and detail-oriented

Preferred But Not Required:
- Previous cold calling experience (In any capacity)
- Industry experience or some knowledge of technology products, such as laptops and desktops.

This is NOT a sales job, but a sales support role.
