Yes, we offer an application process for NetTerms on large volume orders that includes a credit check.
Do you offer data destruction?
Yes, Evergreen Electronics is certified in a range of data destruction processes such as 1-pass wipe method, overwriting DOD levels 3 & 7, and hard drive shredding and crushing. We will also supply certificates of destruction.

Will you buy computers and retired tech from us?
Yes! We are interested in acquiring IT assets to help simplify the process for you when you are upgrading or liquidating your technology. What cords and cables come with my order?
All orders will be accompanied by power cords and AC adapters as appropriate. If you have a preference for a particular display cable with your monitors, please let us know by contacting your account representative or emailing [email protected].
Can I purchase accessories only?
Certainly! We offer a range of computer peripherals, including keyboards, mice, AC adapters, and cables, independent of computer systems. While procuring a computer is not mandatory, we would be delighted to help you in finding one, or multiple, if you need.

Do the computers work?
Of course! Our top priority is the Evergreen Standard, which governs every aspect of our operations. Each product undergoes rigorous inspection, testing, and re-testing to guarantee that we deliver nothing but the highest quality and excellence to your complete satisfaction. Additionally, we offer a 2+ year warranty for added peace of mind.
How do our products look?
At Evergreen Electronics, we are committed to delivering superior quality products to our customers. All orders feature A Grade and B Grade units exclusively. Certain products may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact their functionality or overall appearance.
What generations of CPUs so you offer?
We provide a diverse range of desktop and laptop computer models from 6th Generation and newer that are fully compatible with Windows 10. In addition, select systems from 8th generation and beyond are also compatible with Windows 11.
What's the difference between touch & non-touch screens
In addition to functioning as a traditional computer, touch screens allow you to navigate similarly to using tablet. Specialized LCDs are needed for a computer to be touch-capable.

What are my shipping options?
We utilize UPS Ground for small orders unless otherwise instructed, while large volume orders are shipped via freight liners on pallets. Our shipping services cover the 48 continental US states, and we offer expedited shipping and blind shipping options upon request. How are orders packed for shipping?
Each item undergoes a meticulous packaging process, with multiple layers of bubble wrap ensuring protection during shipping. For laptops shipped via freight, a dedicated slot box on pallets is utilized for added security.
Can I pickup my order in person?
Certainly! We will promptly notify you via phone or email once your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
