Previous owners have used the majority of our products, however, our team of certified technicians meticulously inspects, tests, upgrades, repairs, and cleans each unit to restore it to a like-new condition. By purchasing refurbished technology, you not only receive greater value for your money, but also contribute to minimizing technological waste in the environment. Evergreen Electronics is located in the heart of Texas. Our team is made up of real people who reside in and around Austin. As a result, this allows us to offer you first-rate service from our in-house experts, ensuring the Evergreen Standard is met.

Are you a TIPS vendor?

We are proud tobe a registered TIPS vendor for multiple years in addition to having established partnerships with numerous school systems nationwide. How do I submit a warranty claim?

Once you have partnered with us and created an order, our sales agents will provide you with a username and email to login to your Partner Portal. Next, once logged in, you will be able to fill out a warranty form and view your previous orders. Can I customize my configuration?

Certainly! Our primary focus is on custom configuration. We would love to create an order tailored to your organization's specific requirements, including the selection of processors as well as video cards.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer an application process for NetTerms on large volume orders that includes a credit check.

Do you offer data destruction?

Yes, Evergreen Electronics is certified in a range of data destruction processes such as 1-pass wipe method, overwriting DOD levels 3 & 7, in addition to hard drive shredding and crushing. We will also supply certificates of destruction.

Will you buy computers and retired tech from us?

Yes! We are interested in acquiring IT assets to help simplify the process for you when you are upgrading or liquidating your technology. Our purchasing team rigorously inspects and evaluates all IT assets to ensure they meet our high-qualiOur commitment to high standards ensures we only accept top-quality IT assets, streamlining your upgrade or liquidation process. What cords and cables come with my order?

We include power cords and AC adapters with all orders, as appropriate. If you have a preference for a particular display cable with your monitors, please let us know by contacting your account representative or emailing [email protected].

Can I purchase accessories only?

Certainly! We offer a range of computer peripherals, including keyboards, mice, AC adapters, and cables, independent of computer systems. While purchasing a computer is optional, we're happy to help you find one or more if you need them.

Where are our products sourced?

Our inventory includes a range of high-quality products that have been off-leased from large enterprises. We meticulously maintain and thoroughly inspect these systems for functionality and damage prior to the end of their lease term.

Do the computers work?

Of course! Our top priority is the Evergreen Standard, which governs every aspect of our operations. We rigorously inspect, test, and retest each product to guarantee that you receive only the highest quality and excellence. Additionally, we offer a 2+ year warranty for added peace of mind.

How do our products look?

At Evergreen Electronics, we are committed to delivering superior quality products to our customers. We exclusively offer A Grade and B Grade units in all orders. Some products may have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect their functionality or overall appearance.

What generations of CPUs so you offer?

We provide a diverse range of 6th Generation and newer desktop and laptop computer models that are fully compatible with Windows 10. Additionally, select 8th Generation and newer systems are also compatible with Windows 11.

What's the difference between touch & non-touch screens

In addition to functioning as a traditional computer, touch screens allow you to navigate similarly to using tablet. Touch-capable computers require specialized LCDs.

Shipping:

What are my shipping options?

For small orders, we use UPS Ground by default unless you specify otherwise. Large volume orders travel via freight liners on pallets. Our shipping services cover the 48 continental US states, We also offer expedited shipping and blind shipping options if you need them. How are orders packed for shipping?

We meticulously package each item with multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect it during shipping. For laptops shipped via freight, we use a dedicated slot box on pallets for added security.

Can I pickup my order in person?

Certainly! We will promptly notify you via phone or email once your order is ready for pickup or delivery.

Once we have your property, we secure every asset and track it throughout its journey, both internally and during transportation. Our advanced security surveillance system monitors your assets 24/7 to ensure their safety while in our facility.
