Evergreen Electronics is proud to offer Accidental Damage protection for hardware purchased directly through Evergreen Electronics. This additional layer of warranty protects you from accidental damage, not typically covered by a standard limited warranty.

What is Not Insured?

Loss, theft and misuse. Wear, tear, and cosmetic damage that does not affect hardware functionality or performance. Failure due to defect in design, materials or workmanship. Repair of peripheral devices and accessories not built in or on the base unit (e.g., out-of-warranty batteries, external speakers and keyboards, docking stations, etc.). Service or repair performed by someone other than an Evergreen employee. This policy does not cover any loss or damage to pre-loaded or purchased computer software, stored data, virus prevention/detection, or external accessories, including but not limited to custom factory integration items.

Coverage Restrictions

You can make a maximum of 1 claim for accidental damage per year during the coverage period. After we settle the claim, cover for accidental damage does not apply for 12 months. We only offer coverage on Evergreen Electronics purchases. You cannot transfer Warranty and Accidental damage coverage. If you purchase the policy after purchasing the insured product, you cannot make claims during the first 30 days of the policy start date. Evergreen will send a return shipping label and pay for the return after we repair the device. We only pick up and ship to USA addresses only.
